This website

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. It loads one script of our own, for the appearance switch and the mark’s response to your pointer; if you switch the appearance, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage and nowhere else. The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles the connection and keeps ordinary transport logs under its own terms; we receive nothing that identifies you. If you email us, we keep the email for as long as the conversation needs it.

Evaluation software

Our software is not yet available outside the company. The first outside testers will receive a written privacy notice with each build; in summary it will say:

• What stays on your device. Notes, settings and history are stored on the device unless a feature sends them somewhere, and each such feature says so.
• What goes to the company. Some features send what you enter to a server we operate, for example when you capture a note or run a search. We keep it until the evaluation ends or you ask for it to be deleted. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything other than running and improving the software.
• What goes to language and speech providers. Features that read text aloud or rewrite it send the selected text to a third-party provider under terms that do not use it for training. The current providers are named in the notice each tester receives.
• On-device language features on Apple devices run on the device with Apple’s built-in features and do not leave it.
• What we do not collect. No advertising, no analytics service, no crash-reporting service. We do not receive your location, contacts, photos or files unless you deliberately send them.
• Your choices. Stop using the software at any time, delete it, and ask us at support@vovsinc.com to delete what our server holds. We will do so within thirty days.
• Children. The evaluation is not open to anyone under eighteen.

When software becomes generally available, a full privacy policy will replace this section and the change will be recorded on the changelog.
